1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk47 ("pk47", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all access and use of the pk47 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, casino services, wallet, and any associated features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on pk47, you unconditionally accept these Terms. pk47 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The following eligibility conditions apply to all pk47 accounts without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of pk47.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of pk47.
• You must not be accessing pk47 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pk47 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of pk47 or any of its game or software providers.

pk47 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and any winnings voided. pk47 takes its 18+ commitment seriously and cooperates with player protection frameworks accordingly.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on pk47. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or overlapping device fingerprints — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk47 login credentials.
• You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through your pk47 account — whether by you or by a third party using your credentials — is your legal responsibility.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk47 support immediately via live chat.
• Account information must be kept accurate and up to date. pk47 may suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Wallet

pk47 operates a PKR-native wallet. All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods such as USDT, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20).
• Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Deposits are credited to your pk47 wallet after confirmation from the payment provider. pk47 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification (KYC) being completed on your account. First-time withdrawal requires KYC documentation submission.
• pk47 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected.
• Funds in your pk47 wallet may not be transferred to other player accounts.
• Unused wallet balances may be subject to dormancy policies after extended periods of inactivity, as communicated to the account holder in advance.

5. Betting, Gaming & Void Rules

All bets placed on pk47 — whether sports bets, casino wagers, or instant game rounds — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pk47 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under normal circumstances.
• pk47 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price, including pricing errors resulting from technical faults, data feed errors, or human error.
• In the event a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, pk47's settlement rules for that specific market will apply as described in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• Game outcomes for certified slot and instant game titles are determined by independent random number generators provided by our licensed game suppliers. pk47 does not control or influence these outcomes.
• Live casino outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated by independent studio providers (e.g., Evolution Gaming). pk47 has no ability to influence live game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game or bet outcome, pk47's decision — after review of available logs and provider records — is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. pk47 will take immediate action — including account suspension and legal escalation — where any of the following are detected:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with games, odds, or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or mispricings for systematic financial gain without reporting them to pk47 support.
• Using a fraudulent payment method or processing a fraudulent chargeback against a legitimate pk47 deposit.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Accessing pk47 on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction on pk47 that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

8. Privacy & Data

pk47 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on pk47, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa for the purpose of facilitating your transactions.

9. Responsible Gaming

pk47 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All registered players have access to the following tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your pk47 account.
• Loss limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds over any given period.
• Session time limits: Receive reminders or automatic logouts after a defined period of play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pk47. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and access is blocked across all platform entry points.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk47 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunity arising from your use of pk47.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues that result in interrupted or voided gameplay.
• Actions of third-party payment processors including delays, failed transactions, or service interruptions affecting JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking providers.
• Loss resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure, or from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of pk47.

pk47 provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of information displayed on the platform.

11. Amendments & Termination

pk47 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of pk47 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

pk47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected, where regulatory or legal obligations require action, or where the player requests closure via the responsible gaming tools or support channels.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk47 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of pk47 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws. pk47 does not represent that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction in which they may be accessed.
